Casamalcolm Great Room Casamalcolm Great Room: Casamalcolm B&B is an elegant, but graciously informal ‘Hacienda Style’ inn, built to modern day specifications, and set within a lush garden filled with an astounding array of seasonal flowers and birds. The inn features a welcoming ‘great room’ with a vaulted bóveda pañuelo ceiling that is an architectural wonder! This room– with its gracious lounge area, formal dining room, and two kitchens— built specifically for Malcolm who enjoys gourmet cooking--is a main gathering place for reading, watching TV, or simply relaxing. The adjacent study contains an extensive library and PC which are available to guests.

International telephone service is also available for you to keep in touch with them “up there”.

But of course it’s the garden and patio of Casamalcolm B&B that seem to be the favorite gathering places of our guests. In this fragrant setting of orange blossoms, jasmine, orchids, poinsettias and bougainvillea, you will enjoy a leisurely breakfast each morning – and a glass of wine in the evening before heading out for supper at one of our many charming local restaurants. And in the evening, the soft strumming of guitars by Ajijic’s wonderful strolling musicians will imbue its own sort of enchantment.
